I build Pyor, a faster way to review GitHub pull requests. Solo, end to end, and I answer the support email myself.

@@ 01 · the story @@

One person, one problem.

I am a web developer, and Pyor started as my own problem. Since coding agents arrived, my team ships far more code than before, pull requests got much bigger, and all of it sits in review for too long. The bottleneck moved from producing code to reviewing it.

Reviewing that volume in a browser tab built for a slower era did not work. So I compiled every pain point I had into one tool: what would make a review fast, and honestly even enjoyable, for someone who does a lot of them. That became Pyor.

I build the whole thing. My full professional background and work history are on LinkedIn.

@@ 02 · what i build @@

The parts of the product.

+The review surface
File rail, diff, conversation, checks, and the merge decision in one window. Web and native desktop.
+Attention steering
Grouping that separates mechanical noise from the changes that need real reading, plus hints pinned to the diff.
+Local pre-PR review
Reviewing working-tree changes before a pull request exists, so comments go back to the coding agent instead of to GitHub first.
+Accounts and billing
Sign-in, subscriptions, and team seats. The backend handles nothing else: it never receives your code.
@@ 03 · why solo @@
The person who reads your bug report is the person who fixes it.

Pyor has no outside mandate and no platform ambitions. That independence is what keeps it narrow: it reviews pull requests, and it answers only to the people who use it. If something is wrong, or you think the whole premise is wrong, I would genuinely like to hear it. Get in touch.
